WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 7-10 business days of payment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)? 

  • For other special offers and giveaway items, please allow from 2 to 5 weeks for delivery as they may be shipping from other countries.
  • For international shipping allows from 3-7 weeks.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

To Print on Demand Products, mostly are printed From American or EU, some products will be shipped from China warehouse

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
  • Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

We attach the size chart here and we use 2 size (Asian and convert to US size), which let you have more choices no matter where you come from.

  • Because our products are custom printed and unique, we only offer replacement on items that are material flawed or if the final product is materially different than the design presented on the website. SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world and ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
  • The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
    Processing time: Up to 48 hours. Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after order confirmation.
    Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our manufacturing warehouse to its destination. Shipping to the United States, Russian Federation, Spain, France usually takes 12 - 18 working days. Shipping to countries outside of these zones usually takes 20 working days. During busy periods, shipping may take longer than estimated.

WHICH EVIDENCE SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT? Submitting all evidences to clarify shipping/product error is very important to our return/replacement process. Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items. You can find the attached pictures as below for example:

  2. Picture of product SKU
  3. Picture of the product and the error you found out (material flawed, different design, different size)
