1. Orders & Shiping

How can I use the discount code I have?

Please remember exactly the cost we gave you.

Fill the discount code you have in the discount box at cart page (or the check out page, if you don't see it in cart page). The discount will be applied if you fill the exact code in it.

If there's any problem with the discount code, please contact us at support@AvocaDooDoo.com with the discount code you want to use. We will help you check it! 

How to place an order?

To place an order
​1 - Just add the product you want to card (please check carefully the size table in the size selection before deciding your size). 
​2 - When you are done choosing the products, then click the card Icon in the top right, click VIEW MY CART, fill the discount code in the discount box (if you have the discount code)
​3 - Click PAYPAL (if you use paypal payment) or SECURE CHECKOUT, fill all the needed shipping information and Payment information in Customer, shipping method, Payment step. 
​4 - All is done, check your email for confirmation order email

How long is the order processing period?

Order processing times are between 5-7 business days after the day you placed your order.  If your order has been processing for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@AvocaDooDoo.com and we'll help you out.

Processing & Shipping Times

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays-Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 5~7 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.  USPS is our primary carrier, and we ship via First-Class or Priority Mail. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 10~20 days from the date of shipment. Delivery timeframes therefore fall within 12~30 business days from the moment you place your order. In case your order has not been delivered in the approximated delivery time, please go to support@AvocaDooDoo.com to contact our support team for a complete reimbursement of your purchase.

Out of stock/Backordered Items

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be re-stocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.

Address Changes

Our warehouse staffs are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

What Method Do I Use to check my order status?

You can follow the status of your order by submitting information about your order on the page for Track My Order  Following the placing of your order, it is instantly dispatched to our fulfillment center. If I have indicated inaccurate shipping address or selected a wrong dimension or variant, is it possible for me to alert it?

If you experience this, send us an email at  support@AvocaDooDoo.com immediately. We may manage to handle it. But, in such a situation, we are unable to promise anything, since each of our products is normally processed the minute you place your order. 

In case your order has entered the shipping procedure already, we will be unable to stop it. Get in touch with us, despite this, as we remain concerned and we are going to attempt to assist, regardless.

Can I cancel my order?

In case you change your mind, please contact us at support@AvocaDooDoo.com 12 hours after you placed the order and we will able to cancel your orders. For any cancellation requests after 12 hours, if your order has entered the shipping procedure already, we will be unable to cancel it.

Tracking not work!

Tracking information always need time to be updated on the tracking system. Sometime this processing takes 1 - 2 days. Please don't worry, the item are on the way to you

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment via credit card, debit card and PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard . 

If you're in the United States, we also accept American Express. You'll see available payment options in your locale during checkout.

Can I pay cash delivery? Can I cc you the money personally because I do not have a credit card

I'm afraid as of now our operations are only limited to credit/ debit card transactions and PayPal. this is to ensure our customer get their consumer protection and also our business is validated. In the future, we may be able to accept cash upon delivery though. If you do not have any payment methods as stated perhaps you could get someone to help you with the payment first
